The
Business Performance
department at Plarium oversees all analytical aspects of game operations and strategic planning – from game design to user acquisition, player behavior analysis, live-ops, and game optimization (monetization, retention, and beyond).

We are seeking a
Director of Marketing Analytics
to lead our strategic efforts in marketing performance analysis. This team is responsible for UA budget allocation (tens of millions of dollars per game), profitability and lifetime value analysis, user behavior and funnel tracking, and measuring the impact of new game features and offers.

: to help Plarium attract the most valuable and relevant players – in the most efficient and scalable way.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead two analytics teams, including direct management of team leads
  • Set team priorities, translate complex business questions into actionable analytical tasks, and guide execution end-to-end
  • Be the analytical owner for UA and marketing performance - including new user KPIs, monthly budget planning, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Marketing and Executive Management; actively participate in strategic planning processes
  • Define and track success metrics that explain and quantify the business impact of marketing activities
  • Research and integrate data across multiple sources to provide a full picture of marketing performance
  • Identify technical or data limitations and work closely with BI/Data Engineering teams to define and implement solutions
  • Design and launch new dashboards, reports, and features in Plarium's in-house BI system - e.g. LTV models, ROI forecasting, automated alerting, and rule-based optimization

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of leadership experience
    , including
    managing team leads or managers
  • 7+ years of experience as a data or marketing analyst
    , with demonstrated hands-on analytical expertise
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategy
    , including key digital channels and campaign structures
  • Deep familiarity with online marketing success metrics and optimization opportunities
  • Proven ability to lead strategic, cross-functional analytical initiatives — from defining business needs to shaping processes and driving execution
  • Proficient in
    SQL
    and
    Excel
    ;
    Python
    is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of marketing KPIs, user funnels, and behavioral segmentation
  • Strong statistical background and experience in testing methodologies (A/B, incrementality, etc.)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as
    QlikSense
    ,
    Tableau
    , or similar
  • Full professional fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering and similar fields)
