The Role:

We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead HAAT's social presence and community growth. You'll own our multi-platform strategy, creating campaigns that stand out, drive engagement, and bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

What You'll Be Doing:


• Develop and execute growth-focused social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.


• Lead creative campaign ideation and storytelling to strengthen HAAT's brand identity and voice.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Influencer teams to bring bold ideas to life.


• Analyze performance data, define ambitious KPIs, and optimize campaigns to drive measurable growth.


• Experiment with new content formats, trends, and technologies to keep HAAT ahead of the curve.


• Provide strategic guidance on content, campaigns, and audience engagement, ensuring brand consistency and innovation across all channels.

What You Bring to the Table:


• 4+ years of experience managing social media, digital content, or community growth, preferably in a fast-paced startup or consumer brand.


• Proven track record of building and engaging online communities that convert followers into loyal users.


• Expertise in content creation, trend analysis, and social analytics tools (e.g., Meta Suite, TikTok Analytics, Sprout, or similar).


• Strong creative instincts and storytelling skills; you know how to make content that stops the scroll.


• Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics and business impact.


• A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ever-changing environments.


• Native-level English; Hebrew or Arabic is a plus.
