Who We're Looking For
Are you a top-tier sales hunter who thrives in a startup environment, has enterprise and mid-market experience, and consistently delivers results?

Gloat is seeking a
Proven, Coachable, and Driven Account Executive
to spearhead new logo acquisition and expansion with Fortune 1000 clients at the mid-market and enterprise level. You will own the full sales cycle, from self-sourced pipeline generation to closing multi-year contracts.

This is an opportunity to sell a solution with clear urgency, massive budgets, and a truly compounding value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle - from sourcing pipeline opportunities to closing complex, multi-year enterprise deals.
  • Build and grow your territory pipeline through self-sourcing, attending events, and partnering with your SDR.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and drive expansion within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Represent Gloat as a trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 clients and help them achieve scaled AI transformation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver value and exceed goals.

Requirements

  • Proven results as a top performer consistently exceeding quota.
  • Accomplished mid-market seller with minimum 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience and a strong record of sourcing and closing new business.
  • Strategic, independent self-starter with a no-excuses mindset and strong presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
