We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can identify internal teams' needs, translate them into clear requirements, and work closely with developers building AI Agents and automation flows. The role focuses on creating efficient, scalable solutions that improve productivity across the organization.

What will your job look like?
You will.....

• Work directly with internal teams to map workflows, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiency.
• Translate team needs into structured product requirements, user flows, and clear specifications for AI Agents, integrations, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with developers specializing in AI Agents / LLMs / automation frameworks to build tailored solutions , and when relevant, propose ready-made solutions based on your knowledge of existing tools and platforms.
• Lead fast ideation, prototyping, and MVP cycles demonstrating measurable impact (time saved, error reduction, operational efficiency).
• Own the lifecycle of internal AI solutions: from discovery through delivery, rollout, enablement, and continuous improvement.
• Train internal teams on the solutions you build, including onboarding, usage guidelines, documentation, and adoption support.
• Monitor usage, collect feedback, and drive iterative improvements to ensure long-term effectiveness and scale.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, IT, HR, Finance and additional domains that benefit from AI-enabled process optimization.
• Showcase efficiency gains through clear KPIs, pre/post analysis, and internal success stories.

All you need is...
All you need is...

• 2–3 years of experience delivering successful software products (SaaS preferred) in Product Management or a similar role (product design, pre-sales engineering, product marketing).
• Proven experience leading new initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical capabilities, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong skills in mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing efficient end-to-end solutions.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, workflow builders, or automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, OpenAI, Anthropic), a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Experience onboarding, training, and guiding users through new tools or workflows.
• Curiosity, autonomy, and a practical, hands-on mindset , someone who enjoys getting things done and demonstrating value quickly.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field; MBA optional
