Redler Technologies is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer – Defense Industry.

We are looking for a driven, technically skilled sales engineer to expand Redler Technologies' presence in the defense market. In this role, you will combine your engineering background with proven sales experience to grow our defense portfolio in Israel and select European territories. You will manage key accounts, open new opportunities, and represent Redler as a trusted partner for motion and power management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow major defense accounts in Israel and selected European territories.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network.

  • Position Redler Technologies as a preferred supplier and partner in the defense sector.

  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to deliver tailored technical solutions.

  • Lead product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and technical documentation.

  • Maintain strong market awareness and competitor knowledge to drive revenue growth.

  • Travel as required for customer visits and industry events.

Must Have

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in the defense industry.

  • Established network and strong relationships with defense companies and decision makers.

  • Engineering background – Practical engineer or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • High-level English (spoken and written).

  • Based in Israel, preferably within commuting distance to Kfar Saba.
