Application Engineer
to join our growing U.S. team.

Our Marion, Ohio facility specializes in the production of industrial HVAC units and custom air handling systems using an
Off-Site Manufacturing
approach – delivering prefabricated solutions that shorten installation times, improve quality, and reduce on-site risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in the development, configuration, and sales of industrial HVAC systems and components
  • Assist clients with product selection (fans, blowers, filters, ducting accessories, control panels) and ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Translate customer needs into clear technical documentation and system layouts
  • Act as a technical point of contact for customers throughout sales and post-sales processes
  • Collaborate with engineering teams in Israel and the U.S. to deliver tailored solutions
  • Support business development and sales teams with application expertise
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or project engineering within the HVAC industry
  • Solid knowledge of industrial HVAC products and components, including air handling units, fans, and ductwork
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed
