About the Role:

We're looking for a
charismatic and hands-on Performance Marketing Team Lead
to take ownership of our multi-channel B2B marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, optimization, and leadership – rolling up your sleeves while guiding a lean, talented team.

You'll report directly to the Deputy CEO and will play a key role in driving measurable growth and aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize
    multi-channel B2B lead generation campaigns
    (SEO, paid, social, direct).
  • Leverage
    AI tools
    to improve efficiency, targeting, content, and analytics.
  • Take full ownership of
    performance KPIs
    and continuously optimize funnels.
  • Develop and manage
    digital and offline strategies
    with clear ROI objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure full pipeline alignment.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3–4 marketers (Israel & abroad) while remaining
    hands-on
    .
  • Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and constantly test new approaches.
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting to evolving market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    performance marketing leadership roles
    within B2B environments.
  • Proven expertise in
    PPC, SEO, paid acquisition, CRO, analytics, and A/B testing
    .
  • Experience in
    fintech, trading, gaming, or payments
    – or from a high-pressure
    agency background
    where performance is everything.
  • Strong familiarity with
    WordPress
    and
    marketing automation platforms
    .
  • Demonstrated experience working with
    AI tools
    for campaign optimization.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a passion for measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills, charisma, and the ability to drive both people and processes.
  • Fluent in English.
