Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to join our management team in Tel Aviv. 

As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as the right hand to our C-level executives and the Group CEO. This is a dynamic, mid-level, hybrid position that requires a "can-do" attitude, high-level organization, and absolute discretion. Your goal is to create the operational efficiency that allows our leadership team to focus on strategic decision-making.

  • Calendar & Communication: Manage complex calendars for multiple C-level executives and handle all ongoing communications, including emails and calls, with proper prioritization.
  • Travel Coordination: Responsible for the planning and execution of travel, ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Meeting Management: Organize internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for the CEO and C levels, communicating with internal departments and external partners or vendors.
  • Administrative Support: Handle sensitive and confidential administrative tasks with complete discretion. 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an EA or Personal Assistant to senior management.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Very high-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
  •  High organizational skills, proactive thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
