We're looking for a
Business Operations Associate
to join our team and play a key role at the intersection of
Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success
.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, communicating across teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating between
    Marketing
    and
    Operations
    to ensure campaigns and deliveries run smoothly
  • Supporting
    Customer Success
  • helping families, educators, and partners enjoy the best iBrick experience
  • Managing relationships with
    B2B partners
    ,
    distributors
    , and
    vendors
    that help bring iBrick to customers worldwide
  • Tracking performance and improving internal workflows for efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    operations
    ,
    account management
    , or
    customer success
    (startup experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (Hebrew is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with
    Excel/Sheets
    ,
    CRM systems
    , and
    task management tools
  • Passionate about education
    ,
    STEM
    , and creating a great customer experience
