Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Haifa for a Training & Customer Operations Coordinator.

The Training & Customer Operations Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service interactions, and providing customer support. The Coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and reporting on customer service performance to improve overall customer experience. This coordinator will take care of:

  • Onboarding new clients and maintain ongoing communication and support for existing ones.
  • Monitor service KPIs , track customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Operate and maintain CRM systems and related operational tools.
  • Coordinate and manage workshops, training sessions, and courses both in-person and online
  • Handle participant registration, attendance tracking, and ongoing post-training follow-up
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of training activities , including venues, equipment, suppliers, catering etc.
  • Provide ongoing support to instructors and participants to ensure smooth execution of sessions.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
  • Experience in a training or customer operations role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
