We are looking for a
Partner Programs Operations Specialist
to join our team. We need someone with a passion for optimizing operational processes and enhancing sales performance. You should have a desire to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in administration and operations to support the sales and marketing teams in achieving their goals. You will be responsible for enforcing company policies, reviewing and monitoring marketing budgets, generating reports, enablement, and customer service. This role requires the ability to balance accuracy and attention to detail with speed and efficiency, while working under tight SLAs and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and monitor vendor invoices, working closely with accounting to streamline payments to vendors.
  • Maintain system databases, supporting users such as customers, partners, and field teams by providing training and technical assistance.
  • Work with sales managers, business leaders, and other teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Gain experience with CRM systems, develop reports and supporting tools, and have the opportunity to grow and make an impact.
  • Design, build, and manage our sales operations processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Sales Operations Specialist with 2+ years of experience in a similar role using CRM systems.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong self-monitoring skills.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight SLAs.
