We're seeking a proactive and organized People Operations Coordinator to join our HR team and help maintain operational efficiency. This is a temporary, part-time student position, offering valuable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key supporting role in recruitment coordination, employee experience, and day-to-day HR operations.

What you'll do:

Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.Follow up with hiring managers on CV reviews and assignment feedback.Support onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist with HR administration (documents, forms, reports, databases).Help organize employee welfare and engagement activities.Provide general office and administrative support to the HR team.

Who You Are:

Currently a student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Fluent in English and Hebrew (written & spoken).Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to multitask.Available for 3-4 hours a day.
