Elbit Systems subsidiary in Sderot is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Manager for Land Electro-Optical Systems

Job Responsibilities:


• Initiating and managing marketing campaigns in the international military markets.


• Leading cross-organizational business development processes.


• Managing close relationships with business partners and end customers.


• Meeting short-term and long-term New Business targets.

Requirements:


• Relevant academic degree.


• MBA – an advantage.


• Proven experience of at least five years in managing complex international programs and/or leading marketing campaigns and business development – mandatory.


• Experience and background in land electro-optical warfare systems – an advantage.


• Experience in defense industries – an advantage.


• Experience as a marketing manager in a multidisciplinary business company – an advantage.


• Business understanding, negotiation skills, systemic vision, and ability to lead marketing campaigns.


• High interpersonal skills – Team player.


• Ability to work independently with various customer levels, excellent expression skills, and representativeness.


• Very high level of English – mandatory. Additional languages – an advantage.


• Willingness to work diligently, during non-standard hours – mandatory.


• Willingness to travel frequently abroad (and for extended periods) – mandatory.


• Relevant military background – an advantage.
