We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruiter
to join our growing team This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organization in the defense industry, with clear pathways for growth and professional development.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from defining job requirements to successful onboarding.
- Source and develop recruitment channels, post jobs, screen CVs, and conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience, guiding and supporting candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers, including collaboration with senior leadership.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field –
required
. - At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (from an agency, software company, or in-house) –
required
. - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment systems –
required
. Familiarity with
Adam
ATS – an advantage.
