About the Role

We're seeking a motivated
Recruitment Coordinator (Entry-Level/Early Career) to join our team and grow with us. This role is a great opportunity for recent graduates who wants to build their career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You'll play a key role in supporting recruitment processes while learning hands-on from an experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Post job openings across job boards, social media, and our career site.
  • Support recruiters in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist with offer letters, onboarding materials, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Help organize job fairs, campus recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Learn and apply best practices in recruitment while receiving guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (students in their final year also welcome to apply).
  • Internship or practical experience during studies in a tech company or startup – a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Exposure to employer branding or diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
