Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and versatile Office & Operations Manager who will take on a multi-faceted role combining recruiting, office management, welfare initiatives, operations, and personal assistant responsibilities. This will be the first position of its kind at StreaMix, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, is comfortable wearing many hats, and can help establish processes from scratch. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment process (sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews), communicate with hiring managers and support onboarding of new hires.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring budget efficiency.
  • Employee Welfare & Operations: Coordination and organization of employee welfare activities.
  • Personal Assistant to Leadership: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel planning, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or talent coordination.
  • Proven experience in office management, operation, and/or welfare.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a "no task too small" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, developing systems and processes from scratch.
