The Role:

WSC Sports is looking for a proven social and digital marketing professional who is a social- and campaign-oriented jack of all trades/full-stack marketer - to join our Brand and Content team to lead and execute on social media and go-to-market initiatives.

The Social & Digital Marketing Manager is a hybrid role combining social media management with being the go-to-market go-to-person for the company's new verticals business unit.

  • Under the social media hat, the responsibility is to plan and execute WSC's social media presence - with a primary focus on LinkedIn — to strengthen brand visibility and engagement
  • Under the digital marketing hat, the responsibility is to lead and execute go-to-market campaigns and initiatives for WSC's new verticals business unit — such as content programs, digital activations, and event support — with the goal of raising awareness, generating demand, and supporting business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Own WSC's day-to-day social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
  • Develop and publish engaging posts that highlight WSC's brand, clients, and thought leadership.
  • Monitor performance, track engagement, and optimize content to grow reach and impact.
  • Plan and run go-to-market campaigns for WSC Sports' new verticals business unit (publishers, advertisers, creators).
  • Create and adapt digital content (blogs, reports, eBooks, event materials) to support campaign goals.
  • Manage digital activations and event-related marketing to raise awareness, generate demand, and support business objectives.

Requirements:

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience managing and growing B2B social media channels — especially LinkedIn — with measurable success.
  • Hands-on experience running full-stack marketing campaigns (content, digital, events, paid, email, etc.) that support business growth.
  • A "one-person show" mindset from past roles — comfortable wearing multiple hats and driving initiatives end-to-end. (Here you'll have support from content, design, and PPC, but that mindset is key.)
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize initiatives independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in social media and digital marketing (total, not per track).
