About the Role
Lightway Digital Marketing is seeking a talented Brand Manager to oversee and grow several consumer brands owned by one of our global retail partners. This role combines brand strategy, operational management, and customer-facing support to ensure each brand delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for its customers worldwide.
This is an hybrid position requires close collaboration with the client's global HQ, local market teams, and end customers. This position requires occasional flexibility to work US hours to support global coordination.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Define brand identity, messaging, and growth strategies across multiple consumer verticals. - Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day brand operations including product launches, campaign execution, and customer experience processes. - Customer Support & Engagement:
Ensure that each brand provides exceptional customer service and operational support, addressing customer needs quickly and professionally. - Market Analysis:
Track consumer behavior, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. - Campaign Execution:
Lead creative briefs, promotions, and activations across digital, retail, and offline channels. - Performance Measurement:
Monitor brand health, sales data, and customer satisfaction to optimize strategies. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work with product, digital, creative, and retail teams to ensure brand objectives translate into business success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, operational management, or marketing roles (retail experience strongly preferred).
- Native-level English or exceptionally high professional proficiency (must-have).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with hands-on operational management experience.
- Proven ability to manage customer support processes and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both internal teams and end customers.
- Flexibility to work US hours when required.
- Experience in global or multicultural environments is an advantage.
