Overview

We are seeking an experienced Document Control Officer to manage and coordinate all project documentation for a large-scale international EPC project. The role includes maintaining document control systems, ensuring correct revision and coding, coordinating with engineering teams, client representatives, and suppliers, and supporting the overall project workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming/outgoing documents and maintain the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Ensure correct coding, naming, revision control, and distribution of engineering and vendor documents.
  • Coordinate documentation with internal teams, the client, and subcontractors.
  • Track review/approval cycles and maintain document registers and reports.
  • Support preparation of submittal schedules and turnover documentation.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in document control for EPC/industrial/power/process projects.
  • Experience with DMS platforms (SharePoint, Autodesk, or similar).
  • Knowledge of
    KKS coding
    – advantage.
  • English – mandatory; Russian – advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Work is performed in Israel; international coordination required.
