OCIO (Office of the CIO)
The OCIO serves as a
critical managerial arm
supporting the CIO, leading and coordinating cross-organizational management areas such as work plans, budgeting, policy, and controls.
We are seeking a
senior managerial professional
who will lead the division's annual work plan portfolio, with strong capabilities to influence and drive matrix-based collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
Work Plans
- Develop the annual work plan, including time, budget, and resource estimates, and prepare it for management approval.
- Monitor and control the division's annual work plan portfolio (with an emphasis on timelines, estimates, budgets, and risk management).
- Manage internal communication related to work plans, budgets, and events.
- Initiate and monitor ongoing tracking routines for work plans, including organizing the division's annual work plan conference.
Additional Areas
- Monitor and control steering committee activities for division projects.
- Develop and manage the division's annual budget, including execution tracking and control.
- Monitor and oversee the division's risk management plan and selected project risks.
- Develop and implement professional and managerial training programs for the division (including courses, workshops, management development, and professional enrichment lectures).
- Develop and implement the division's knowledge management policy, including required procedures and technological tools; monitor and ensure implementation and adherence.
- Initiate and lead the creation of work procedures, policy documents, and operational guidelines in collaboration with relevant department heads; monitor and ensure implementation.
- Initiate and implement technological tools to support division activities (such as systems for managing work plans, budgets, tasks, and knowledge management).
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required by the CIO.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree – mandatory
;
Master's degree – a significant advantage
(preferably in Management, Information Systems, Economics, or Social Sciences). - Proven managerial experience
of at least
5 years
in cross-organizational roles involving
management of work plans, budgets, policies, and controls
. - Experience working in a matrix environment
with multiple stakeholders, including senior management. - Proven experience leading complex organizational processes

change management, implementation, and control
activities.
