Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales and Technical teams
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate between sales representatives and technical staff
  • Track project progress, service tickets, and customer requests
  • Manage orders, CRM updates, and customer data
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth workflow and communication across departments

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales back office / technical support – an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Office Workspace and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
