We are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to take full ownership of managing and developing a client portfolio in the local market. The role involves selling raw materials to the food and beverage industries, pet food, nutritional supplements, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and lead new business opportunities while deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and ongoing client management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience in selling raw materials, chemicals, or industrial packaging is a must. Candidates from food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements, chemicals, plastics, or packaging industries are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree required; advantage for degrees in Business Administration, Economics, or Food Engineering.
- Native-level Hebrew and high-level English.
- Strong commercial skills: negotiation, proposal building, client portfolio management, profitability, and collections.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, persistence, attention to detail, and a system-level perspective.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Priority and BI systems is a plus.
