VIP Account Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented VIP Account Manager in the US market to join our fast-paced B2C team. This role is for a person with exceptional English skills with a proven history of managing high-value customers in online entertainment platforms.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of overall VIP account management experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the online gaming / digital entertainment sector.
As a VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with our most valuable customers, delivering exceptional service, and fostering loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and expand relationships with assigned VIP customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all VIP communications.
• Develop and implement personalized engagement strategies to boost activity and lifetime value.
• Monitor customer behavior and proactively offer tailored incentives.
• Efficiently and promptly resolve issues, upholding a high standard of service.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the VIP experience.
• Provide insights on customer trends, needs, and opportunities to improve services.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
• Exceptional English skills
• 3+ years of B2C account management experience, with at least 2 years in online gaming / digital entertainment.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and VIP lifecycle management, especially in the US market.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass retention and revenue targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Available outside standard business hours.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
