ORTRA is looking for a
dynamic, detail-oriented Registration & VIP Services Coordinator
to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and service, with the drive to create a seamless experience for international participants at world-class conferences and events.

What You'll Do

  • Own the registration journey
    : Build and manage registration forms on our dedicated platform, ensuring accuracy and smooth operation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate guest services
    : Oversee hotel bookings, transportation, and tourism activities for participants and speakers.
  • Be the point of contact
    : Communicate with local and international guests, responding to requests before and during events.
  • Work with partners
    : Negotiate and manage hotel agreements, allocate room blocks, and ensure flawless execution.
  • Deliver world-class support
    : Provide exceptional customer service and assist participants on-site during conferences.

What We're Looking For

  • English at mother-tongue level – must-have
  • At least 1 year of experience
    in hospitality, hotels, or tourism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a similar role – a strong advantage
