Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) located in Tel Aviv. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inside sales, developing business opportunities, and effectively communicating with potential clients. You'll be part of a fast-moving international sales team that's expanding in Latin America and Israel, focusing on outreach and generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and track leads using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Represent Localbird's values: curiosity, consistency, and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Based in Israel (Native Spanish speaker + Conversational English)
  • 1+ year of SDR or sales experience - Ideally in tech, marketing, or SaaS.
  • HubSpot experience is required.
  • You love cold calling and thrive on connecting with people.
  • Coachable, humble, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
