About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Milestone, you will be the driving force behind our lead generation efforts, helping to expand our customer base and accelerate growth. Your role will involve outbound and inbound prospecting, creating exceptional first impressions, and delivering a world-class customer experience during the qualification process. You'll engage directly with high-level decision-makers to introduce our solutions and identify potential opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through research, inbound leads, and outbound outreach (e.g., emails, cold calls, LinkedIn).
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, leveraging CRM tools to track engagement and activities.

Customer Outreach

  • Engage with decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, Engineering VPs) to understand their needs and introduce Milestone's solutions.
  • Customize outreach strategies for different industries and use cases, clearly articulating Milestone's value in addressing their unique challenges.

Lead Qualification

  • Evaluate leads by uncovering their business needs, budget, and timeline using targeted and insightful questions.
  • Provide detailed lead insights to the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for the next stages of the sales process.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within a technology-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal) with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
  • Understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to explain technical topics to a technical audience.
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, thriving under change and ambiguity.
