We're now looking for a driven and motivated Account Manager to join our Sales & Support Team and help us expand our business reach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business leads and identify growth opportunities.
  • Expand our client portfolio through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive outreach (including cold calls).
  • Manage all account-related processes — from lead generation, through pre- and post-sale support, to back-office coordination.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver consistent results according to company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — marketing, retention, and research — to drive success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to network and generate leads.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in a business-oriented market or a proven B2B sales track record –
    must

- Familiarity with the High-Tech ecosystem and venture capital market – strong advantage.
- Exceptional service orientation – attentive, solution-focused, and proactive.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet goals and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal).
- Proven ability to engage with decision-makers and senior executives.
- Independent, self-driven, and a great team player.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
- References required.
