The Role

As our
first-ever Sales Development Representative
, you'll not only be responsible for driving qualified opportunities, but also for laying the groundwork for new processes and best practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow quickly, take on ownership, and create impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full outbound lead lifecycle, from initial outbound prospecting through qualification and sales handoff.
  • Manage inbound leads to qualify relevant prospects that could benefit from Cinch's platform
  • Research target accounts and key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and craft relevant messaging
  • Staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Build and refine messaging, campaigns, and sequences that convert
  • Build playbooks and implement sales tools and processes

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in an SDR/BDR role in a B2B SaaS company, with proven success generating opportunities via outbound outreach
  • Native-level or Bilingual-level English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - you know what words to write and say that cut through the noise
  • High energy, resilience, and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Quick learner who can rapidly absorb product and industry knowledge
  • Previous experience in a startup - an advantage
  • Experience selling into operations, supply chain, logistics, or finance personas is a strong plus.
