As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in generating leads, scheduling meetings, and building strong connections with potential clients.

This hourly role is designed to fit a student's schedule, with opportunities to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead Generation
    : Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
  • Scheduling Meetings
    : Secure appointments for senior sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Relationship Building
    : Engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate the value of our services.
  • Sales Collaboration
    : Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and meet team goals.
  • CRM Management
    : Accurately record and update prospect information in our CRM system.
  • Global & Local Outreach:
    Work with both international clients and local (Israel) clients, requiring fluency in both English and Hebrew.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3rd year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • English & Hebrew Proficiency:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages –

  • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with potential clients—no shyness here
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools is a plus.
