As part of this growth, we're expanding our marketing team and looking for a hands-on
Marketing Manager

to help amplify the brand and support our marketing leadership. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Marketing and play an active role across all areas of our marketing ecosystem: social, content, creative production, brand storytelling, growth initiatives, and campaign execution.

*This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of experience who's ready for more responsibility, more creative freedom, and the chance to shape a fast-growing consumer brand.

This role is full-time position working daily from the company's office in Rinataya. No hybrid/flex work models.

What You'll Do

  • Support multi-channel marketing planning and execution
  • Produce and manage social media content and community engagement
  • Contribute to creative development: videos, visuals, campaigns, storytelling
  • Write clear, compelling copy across all channels (perfect English required)
  • Maintain consistency across our visual and verbal brand identity
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare reports
  • Manage and organize the content calendar across platforms
  • Assist with paid media setup, optimization, and analysis
  • Research cultural trends, creative opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with designers, creators, developers, and freelancers when needed

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or creative roles
  • Native or near-native perfect English
  • Creative, curious, and excited to develop new ideas
  • Fast learner who enjoys being hands-on and managing multiple tasks
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Passionate about design, visual storytelling, and digital culture
  • Motivated by working in a fast-moving, high-energy startup
