We are seeking a Controller to join the finance team who is passionate about investigating and learning and is happy to think outside the box, going beyond the immediate job description.

As the assistant controller, you will oversee financial activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will be reviewing risk and providing pragmatic solutions. Ensuring the preparation and presentation of clear and accurate financial reporting to ensure compliance with financial and statutory standards.

 Your challenge

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end consolidated closings, including account reconciliations, accrual schedules, and general journal entries.

Establish and maintain a structured and efficient financial system, ensuring streamlined processes, accurate records, and robust controls to support business operations effectively.

Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Oversee accounting operations, including AR, Revenue Recognition, monthly tax reporting, etc.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other financial requirements.

Requirements
  • CPA with an Internship in one of the Big 4;
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and consolidated reports according to US GAAP.
  • Multi-tasking, working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and striving well in a dynamic work environment.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • A highly committed team player with the ability to work independently
  • English - High level (written and spoken).
