We're seeking a talented, data-oriented, and creative
Growth Product Manager
who will focus on growth funnels performance, to join Guardio's Product Growth Team.
You will:
- Lead the creation, optimization, and personalization of funnels to achieve growth objectives at scale.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics, translating hands-on data analysis into actionable insights and impactful initiatives.
- Work closely with the Acquisition team to optimize user acquisition strategies and integrate them seamlessly into growth funnels and product experiences.
- Be part of the team that moves the needle for the company by leading impactful user experiences and driving strategic initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, R&D, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support to align strategies and deliver measurable business impact.
What kind of candidates are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Monetization Manager, Growth Product Manager, or in CVR optimization for B2C products.
- Hands-on experience in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to optimize conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Deep business understanding, enabling you to identify growth opportunities and assess their impact on company objectives.
- Technical orientation - comfortable working with developers and tools like Mixpanel, JSON configs, or similar.
- Creative mindset with a bias for experimentation and rapid iteration.
Bonus points for
- Direct experience building and optimizing funnels at scale.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for funnel discovery and optimization (e.g., Vibe-code).
- A track record of bridging acquisition strategies with in-product growth initiatives.
