Test channels. Find what works. Kill what doesn't.You'll work closely with our creative lead to tell the right story, to the right audience, in the right way.And you'll move fast - launching, learning, and scaling what sticks.This isn't a supporting role.You'll be the one driving the numbers.The one uncovering insights.The one who brings this product to millions.What You'll DoOwn all paid acquisition for the Photos app - from strategy to executionScale fast: creative, targeting, channels, budget allocationWork with our in-house creative lead to craft thumb-stopping performance adsMake the most of every install - optimize for revenue, not just CPILeverage Appsflyer, Web2App, and product analytics to guide decisionsReport clearly, act quickly, and lead growth with confidenceWhat We're Looking For0 -> 1 growth experience, especially in mobile appsDeep knowledge of UA strategy, execution, and scalingStrong campaign and budget management skillsProven ability to work with creatives to make ads that workFluent in attribution, mobile analytics, and performance metricsFast, curious, sharp.
