Driving higher IPM to all Playtika's brands, create a bridge between creative and performance in order to lead performance success. Create and manage marketing creative Performance campaigns on a global scale for our games across multiple channels and platforms based on marketing needs.
Produce creative performance assets for playtika's top mobile games Based on Data and user behavior to the different marketing departments (Ua + Retargeting + Aso). Staying updated in real-time and optimizing accordingly, while implementing current game marketing and social media trends in a timely and relevant way- working with in house designers and animation team to create those assets.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day Coordination - Work closely with UA managers, source owners and performance department, participate in PL meetings, Monthly creative meetings and studio meetings to better understand needs, strength the relationship, and share knowledge between performance - creative departments.
- Data transparency – be part of Samurai task force to make our data solid, accurate and understandable for creative managers to be able digging insight from data and learning independently, narrow the lack of clarity between product (Samurai) and creative
- Leading workshops - to crack a marketing challenge and provide practical tools
- Implementation of AI-based tools - participate and lead initiative- AI-tools to improve efficiency and simplify creative ideation and producing process.
- Producing Creative performance monthly reports:
- Best Performing Creatives Report- Summary of the top-performing creatives across Playtika
- Source Deep Dives- Focused analysis of a specific UA source, extracting actionable insights for implementation
- Monthly creative trends report – concepts insights and competitors' activity
- Creative performance guidance– review and guide creative performance outcomes on a daily base and on strategies campaigns to improve and optimize results, lead new creative and media methodologies tests. creative trends on main campaign and focuses for next month.
Requirements:
- 5+ years
of experience as an Art Director/Creative within marketing in gaming company, performance industry or advertising agency. Sharp analytical skills – comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into creative direction. - Familiarity with cutting-edge AI tools and technologies
- Strong creative conceptual and brand strategy background, high level of Art direction and visual storytelling.
- Solid experience creating multi-channel campaigns from top of funnel through direct response creative.
- Digital mind-set, driven by data, deep understanding of performance marketing, craft for mobile and Integrated campaign experience.
- Able to handle multiple, cross-department creative requests simultaneously to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and social skills. experience in presenting ideas and getting buy-in from senior level.
- High level of written and spoken English
- Academic background in Art direction, Graphic design, Copyright, or related field.
- Portfolio should feature web-based marketing campaigns and designs for well-known brands
