AKT is seeking a skilled Salesforce Account Engagement Campaign Specialist to join our marketing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot). This role requires expertise in lead nurturing, campaign configuration, and marketing automation best practices to drive engagement and conversion across our customer journey
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution
Design, build, and execute complex marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement
Configure and manage drip campaigns, nurture programs, and automated workflows.
Set up lead scoring models and grading systems to optimize lead qualification.
Create and manage dynamic lists and segmentation strategies.
Implement A/B testing for email campaigns and landing pages.
Technical Configuration & Operations
Configure Account Engagement features including forms, landing pages, and email templates.
Set up and maintain prospect lifecycle management and lead routing rules.
Manage data synchronization between Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM
Configure custom fields, automation rules, and completion actions.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholder review.
Analyse prospect behaviour and engagement patterns to optimize campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices
Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and data management
Knowledge of lead scoring, grading, and lifecycle management
Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus
Proficient in English - verbal and written
