We're looking for a
Senior Product Marketing Manager
who can own our Product-Led Motion, while rolling up their sleeves to drive lifecycle marketing execution and funnel performance.

You'll bridge strategy, systems, and cross-functional teams from defining positioning and PLG journeys to building campaigns driving engagement, retention, and monetization.

What You'll Do

Strategic Product Marketing

· Own our Product-Led Motion form strategy to execution across product, marketing, sales, and CS.

· Define positioning and messaging for Ship4wd's platform across audiences and lifecycle stages.

· Translate product launches into customer-facing narratives and enablement.

Monetization & Growth Execution

· Improve funnel performance by mapping, testing, and optimizing lifecycle flows (PLG and SLG).

· Own HubSpot campaign execution: workflows, segments, email logic, and reporting.

· Build internal alignment across global teams and stakeholders, including Growth, Product, CS, and RevOps, to deliver measurable business impact.

What You Bring

· 6–10 years in B2B marketing, with deep product marketing + lifecycle ops experience.

· Comfortable owning strategy and building automation flows and logic.

· Hands-on expertise with GA4, Salesforce, CRM reporting, and product analytics.

· Proven experience in hybrid GTM models (self-serve + assisted).

· Strong project ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Native English or bilingual.

· Bonus: Freight, supply chain, or SMB marketplace background.
