Technical Salesforce Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Technical Salesforce Project Manager to join our Applications & Integrations group. The Applications & Integrations Group is globally responsible for business applications and cross-department integrations within the organization, ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet business and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, a high level of technical understanding and a passion for delivering results.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage cross-organizational technical projects from discovery through design and implementation, using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Set clear project plans and timelines based on business cases and company priorities. This includes managing deliverables, milestones, and relevant ceremonies to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Facilitate project discussions and positive collaboration to deliver the right technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Who you aref?

  • At least 2 years of experience managing technical projects, focused on Salesforce solution
  • Experience with integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and systems.
  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into actionable technical Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the capability to lead and motivate stakeholders toward achieving project goals.
  • Detail-oriented with the willingness to deep-dive into technical solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
