About the job:

We are looking for a
Content & Communications Manager
to own messaging, narrative, and external communications for
Mandragola
and selected portfolio companies.

The role combines capital-markets–oriented communication with company-building storytelling. On one side, it focuses on investors, public markets, and deals. On the other, it centers on defense and technology platforms, strategy, and execution.

You will:

  • Write and shape content for websites, investor materials, and corporate decks
  • Support public-market and M&A-related communication
  • Take direct ownership of PR activity by building and managing relationships with journalists and editors, including outreach, pitching, and ongoing communication.
  • Write both high-quality thought pieces (op-eds, commentary, market views) and practical content like site copy, one-pagers, and FAQs.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit content for:
  • Corporate and portfolio websites
  • Investor presentations, factsheets, and briefing documents
  • Newsletters, CEO/Chairman letters, and periodic updates

Develop and refine messaging around:

  • Develop and refine messaging around transactions (M&A, roll-ups, listings, strategic deals).
  • Craft clear, accurate messaging for defense and technology platforms, including new products, acquisitions, milestones, and occasional technical/technology-focused content.

Work with external PR and IR firms to:

  • Prepare press releases, Q&A documents, and media kits
  • Pitch stories and angles to relevant journalists and outlets
  • Coordinate interviews, quotes, and media responses

Create and support thought leadership:

  • Opinion pieces, market commentary, and strategic positioning content
  • Manage and maintain content for LinkedIn and X (Twitter) for
    Mandragola
    and key executives (in coordination with social team)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content, communications, journalism, or marketing writing
  • Experience writing for finance, capital markets, tech, or defense – strong advantage

Proven ability to:

  • Write clear, structured, high-quality long-form and short-form content
  • Work on investor- or deal-related content
  • Demonstrated experience working with or pitching to journalists/editors – big plus
  • Comfortable working with external PR/IR agencies and multiple stakeholders
  • Native-level English and fluent Hebrew – required (languages are mainly in the Requirements, English is the primary working language)
  • High level of ownership, ability to manage several parallel workstreams, and strong attention to detail
