We are hiring a talented Product Manager to join our PM group, promoting AlgoSec products in the market and with partners. 

Reporting to: Director of Product 

Location: Atlanta, GA or Ridgefield Park, NJ

Direct employment 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet customers and technology partners on frequent basis to promote AlgoSec solutions and to collect insights for future roadmap 
  • Clearly articulate the product strategy and roadmap 
  • Deliver suggested prioritized features and corresponding justification. 
  • Work agile closely with other product managers to translate insights to business value for customers and shape roadmap based on that 
  • Work closely with business development team to promote AlgoSec position with technology partners and generate new business opportunities with new partners 
  • Being Evangelist with technology partners to promote AlgoSec solutions 
  • Work with customers, channels, and technology partners as well as internal stakeholders to understand market needs and product requirements 
  • Develop and maintain sales tools, technical documentation, and support marketing collateral 
  • Lead business view of the product and of the market 
  • Track competitive landscape 
  • Act as product domain expert  
  • Train the sales force on roadmap and new product offerings 
  • Participate in customer facing activities and events, be sales enablement with customers and technology partners 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a PM for a B2B/Enterprise software product / Sales Engineer / Solution Manager 
  • Experience with customer facing activities such as roadmap discussions, project management, requirements gathering, public speaking, etc. 
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority 
  • Experience in the security / networking/ Cloud security domains 
  • Strong technical background 
  • Strategic thinker 
  • Experience with B2B products, SaaS products - advantage 
  • Experience with successful promotion of cloud products - advantage 
  • Fast learner, independent, problem-solver, result oriented 
  • Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity 
  • Working with multiple product, BD, marketing, sales and R&D teams located across various locations 
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills 
  • Willingness to travel inside the US (approximately 25-30% of the time) and occasionally globally 

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $190,000 - $210,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are encouraged to apply.
