Freelance Content Copywriter & UGC Creator -

Responsibilities & Expectations

This is a hybrid creative + performance role that requires ownership, curiosity, and teamwork.

Key Skills & Expectations

  • 2+ years of experience in content copywriting and UGC creation for performance campaigns
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent UGC and direct-response copywriting
  • Solid grasp of direct-response marketing principles
  • Sharp eye for visual and copy alignment
  • Great adaptation for AI tools (Claude, Geminei, ChatGPT, Avatars, Google AI studio)
  • Ability to collaborate with media buyers, designers, and analysts
  • Proactive, self-starter, and highly organized
  • fluent English (spoken and written)

Core Responsibilities:


Creative Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Research new creative ideas, hooks, angles, and trends across platforms (e.g., Foreplay, Ad Library, Ad Scan, TikTok Creative Center)
  • Stay updated on platform trends, creative formats, and ad policies
  • Analyze competitors to identify best practices and creative inspiration


Creative Analysis & Optimization

  • Understand key metrics (CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS) and translate insights into creative improvements
  • Identify what makes top-performing creatives work and recommend new tests and iterations
  • Proactively identify creative needs and open tasks or briefs for yourself and the team based on performance insights


UGC Creation & Influencer Collaboration

  • Write compelling UGC copy: scripts, captions, hooks, CTAs, in-video text
  • Prepare detailed creator briefs (props, lighting, locations, wardrobe, tone, delivery)
  • Adapt concepts across platforms while ensuring compliance with ad policies
  • Provide feedback to creators, ensure high-quality content, and manage communications via tools like Billo
  • Manage and engage with the internal influencer database


Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Contribute to post-campaign analysis and creative insights
  • Actively participate in brainstorms and share ideas with the performance team
