Customer Success Specialist

As part of the role
Integrating and connecting the various parties after the sales process – salespeople, technical staff, and the customer.
Holding meetings with customers, initiating new activities, monitoring existing activities, identifying problems and opportunities for expanding our activities, and handling them end-to-end.
Handling SOC On-Site – Cyber protection activities managed at customer sites – managing the operation at the customer's premises on behalf of Express, providing a broad response to customers who work 24/7.
Handling the supply chain in the Panorize system.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree – required.
Order and organization, initiative, independence, proactivity, meticulousness, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage follow-ups
and follow-up, good verbal and written communication skills – required.
Experience working with Excel – required.
Military experience in a CMB role – a significant advantage.
Experience working with clients in a similar role – an advantage.
Technical knowledge in the cyber world – an advantage.
The role requires travel to clients, one/two days a week.
