Role:
 Field Sales Representative (Part-Time, 50%)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clinic directors, HMO leads, and GP practices.
  • Promote and onboard new clinics to Taliaz Health's psychiatric service offerings.
  • Drive 
    growth in patient numbers and engagement
     across partner clinics.
  • Represent Taliaz Health's mission and values in every partnership.

Requirements:

  • Clinical background in mental health – required
     (e.g., psychologist, social worker, psychiatric nurse, or related field).
  • 2+ years of field sales or outreach experience
     in healthcare or mental health services.
  • Established 
    relationships with Israel's HMOs, mental health clinics, and GP networks
    .
  • Proven ability to build long-term professional partnerships and meet growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Part-time position (50%)
    , field-based across Israel.

תחומי אחריות:

  • בנייה ושימור של קשרים מבוססי אמון עם מנהלי מרפאות, נציגי קופות חולים ומרפאות משפחה.
  • קידום וגיוס מרפאות חדשות לשירותים הפסיכיאטריים של Taliaz Health.
  • הנעת צמיחה בהיקף המטופלים ובמעורבותם במרפאות שותפות.
  • ייצוג חזון וערכי החברה בכל שיתוף פעולה.

דרישות:

  • רקע קליני בתחום בריאות הנפש – חובה (למשל פסיכולוג/ית, עובד/ת סוציאלי/ת, אחות פסיכיאטרית או תחום קרוב).
  • לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בעבודה בשטח או במכירות בשירותי בריאות או בריאות הנפש.
  • קשרים קיימים עם קופות חולים, מרפאות בריאות הנפש ומרפאות משפחה בישראל.
  • יכולת מוכחת לבנות שיתופי פעולה מקצועיים ארוכי טווח ולעמוד ביעדי צמיחה.
  • כישורי תקשורת בין-אישיים מצוינים.
  • משרה חלקית (50%), מבוססת שטח, בפריסה ארצית.
