Pango is seeking a Platform & Infrastructure experienced Director

You will lead and grow a team of DevOps engineers, DBA and platform engineers, driving initiatives that support scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.

You'll oversee the design and management of cloud environments primarily AWS ensuring performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

This is a high-impact leadership position with broad responsibility for shaping the technical foundation and supports the company's growth and innovation.

  • Proven background in software engineering\building platform engineers teams from the ground up to help other business units to succeed and raise velocity.
  • Hands-on experience managing and scaling cloud infrastructure, with deep expertise in

  • Strong knowledge of tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
  • Proven experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, SQL Server), including performance optimization, scalability, and backup strategies.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • A passion for enabling developers with efficient systems and tools that drive innovation and operational reliability.
