Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Account Manager, located in Petah Tikva. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for supporting account management activities, maintaining accurate records, assisting clients with their inquiries, managing client accounts, preparing and processing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with account management and client interaction
- Proficiency in office software and documentation management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience in the industrial or precious metals sector is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both English and Hebrew is desirable
