We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to manage, execute, and optimize our email and SMS programs. This role will focus on building targeted segments, implementing nurture journeys, and delivering personalized content that drives engagement, acquisition, retention, and conversion, all aligned with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Execution:
Manage the end-to-end process of email creation and deployment via HubSpot, ensuring timely delivery for various stakeholder requests. - Audience Segmentation & QA:
Create precise audience segments within HubSpot and rigorously QA all emails to ensure accuracy, deliverability, and optimal presentation. - Performance Optimization:
Continuously monitor and analyze email KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion) to identify insights and implement A/B tests for ongoing improvement. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective email strategies. - Template & Workflow Management:
Maintain a library of high-performing email templates and optimize automated workflows to enhance efficiency. - Compliance:
Ensure all email activities adhere to global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). 
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
 - Expertise in HubSpot is essential.
 - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
 - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
 - Solid understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.
 - Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
