We're scaling fast and need a Product Marketing Manager who can put a sharp point on our
value, launch with precision, and arm our sales teams to win even more.
Your mission
Own the story, the launch, and the adoption of WiseStamp's new products, so customers feel the brand and the business sees the lift.
What you'll own
Go-to-Market & Launches
- Build GTM plans end-to-end: audience, message, offer, channels & measurement.
- Align Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS around one plan. Set the metrics. Deliver them.
Messaging & Positioning
- Write the problem → value → proof story for each persona (Marketing execs & IT managers).
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. Keep the source-of-truth docs current.
Sales Enablement
- Create the tools that close: one-pagers, battlecards, decks, demo scripts.
- Train AEs/SEs on the product, record the pitch, tighten it as needed.
- Run win/loss and fix what's costing us deals.
Content & Demand
- Ship assets that move pipeline: product pages, solution pages, customer stories.
- Partner on campaigns for events, launches, and vertical plays.
- Provide briefs for design/social/video for clear and impactful deliverables.
Customer & Market Insight
- Interview customers, capture their language, and use it in your work.
- Track competitors: where we win, where we don't, and why.
- Read the data (activation, adoption, CTR, retention) and turn it into action.
How we'll measure success
- Activation and adoption of key features.
- Higher win rates and faster sales cycles.
- Asset usage and sourced/assisted pipeline from PMM content.
- Message consistency across calls, site, and market.
- New customer stories with measurable results.
What you've done
- 4–6 years in B2B SaaS product marketing (startup/scale-up pace).
- Led multiple launches from strategy to adoption, with numbers to prove it.
- Built messaging that sales actually uses and customers repeat back.
- Mapped buyer journeys and armed teams by stage.
- Written tight, clear copy for technical products. Portfolio ready.
- Proactive, collaborative, organized. Native-level English is a must.
Bonus points
- Martech/email/productivity tool experience.
- Comfortable with product and campaign analytics.
- Strong presenter for enablement and customer stories.
