The Role
As a
Conversion Optimization Specialist
, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our service by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and leverage data-driven insights to inform your decisions. Your responsibilities will span from developing marketing collateral to optimizing user funnels, ensuring that our product remains at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of marketing assets, including landing pages, websites, funnels, and other promotional materials.
- Analyze and optimize the user funnel and journey based on data, growth opportunities, market research, and user needs.
- Conduct research on target personas, buyer needs, and the purchasing decision process to deepen understanding of the buying audience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and differentiate our service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and content creation, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships to gather insights, testimonials, and success stories for use in marketing materials.
- Drive and measure inbound and outbound campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to generate demand, create content, and design assets.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including marketers, developers, designers, analysts, and content creators.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager in high-tech companies.
- Work experience in a data-driven and analytical environment, with a focus on collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative user data.
- User Experience (UX) orientation and a deep understanding of consumer product dynamics (B2C).
- Project management experience - big advantage
- Demonstrated experience in building marketing assets, including ads, landing pages, mini-sites, email marketing, in-app content, tutorials, and onboarding wizards.
