Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Manager, of our new shop in Rishon LeZion. The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, hire and manage studio staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales. Key responsibilities include leading the team, handling customer inquiries, managing projects, and executing sales strategies to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Team Leadership and Project Management skills
- Proven Sales experience and capability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, creative environment
- Previous experience in retail or the jewelry industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
