Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for an Account Executive to join our Mid-Market sales team, focusing on the thriving SaaS and application sector in Israel. In this role, you will demonstrate prescriptive solution-selling expertise, helping mid-sized organizations harness the benefits of cloud technology and data analytics to drive their business forward. You will own the entire sales cycle, with a particular focus on identifying and closing deals within the SaaS landscape, while leveraging our strong partnership with Salesforce to deliver comprehensive front-to-back office solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can effectively navigate multiple personas, including technical buyers and business executives, in a high-growth environment.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Quota-Carrying Position:
    Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead identification through negotiation to contract signature.
  • Salesforce Partnership:
    Collaborate closely with the Salesforce partner ecosystem to co-sell and drive expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell) for SaaS-oriented customers.
  • SaaS Expertise:
    Connect AllCloud's SaaS and application transformation tools directly to customer ROI and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
    Develop strategies and coordinate internal resources to help customers maximize value from AllCloud, Salesforce, and complementary ISV products.
  • Strategic Growth:
    Proactively identify opportunity signals and maintain long-term customer relations within the Mid-Market sector.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of sales experience:
    Proven track record in high-tech sales, specifically within the SaaS, software, or application transformation sectors.
  • Partner Ecosystem Experience:
    Demonstrated experience working effectively with
    Salesforce
    as a strategic partner to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Mid-Market Success:
    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals within mid-sized organizations, managing complex deal cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical Background:
    Solid understanding of Cloud/SaaS infrastructure and a proven ability to engage both technical and business executives.
  • Sales Methodology:
    Ability to leverage a proven sales approach to produce consistent quarter-over-quarter target attainment.
  • Personal Attributes:
    Customer-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently while remaining a focused team player.
  • Communication:
    Proficient in both written and spoken Hebrew and English, with excellent executive presence.
  • Independence:
    Able to perform effectively without oversight in a fast-paced environment.
