Executive Assistant
to join SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba.

Responsibilities (English)

  • Manage complex calendars and meeting schedules for four Vice Presidents.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate domestic and international business trips.
  • Coordinate participation in conferences in Israel and abroad.
  • Manage and coordinate management routines with various departmental teams.
  • Handle ongoing procurement requests, issue purchase orders, and track invoices.
  • Prepare travel reports and expense reimbursements for international trips.
  • Work closely with the executive team, tracking tasks, coordinating meetings, and providing ad hoc support as needed.
  • Provide administrative assistance for cross-organizational projects.
  • Plan and organize internal departmental events.
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration with multiple interfaces across the organization, including Procurement, Finance, HR, Operations, and Travel Management.

Qualifications (English)

  • Academic degree.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and interfaces.
  • Previous experience in a global and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent command of English - reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with additional IT systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong service-oriented approach.
